Frequently Asked Questions
Our fishing charters are private based. We do not split trips, we take bookings for one party at a time.
Our charters and licenses are designed to comfortably serve up to 4 anglers. However, we are able to fit a maximum of 6 people in the boat.
Speak to Captain Rich if you have more than 4 anglers who are interested in fishing; we may have ways to accommodate.
We will provide the poles, bait, and fun! Ice will be available on board but we recommend you bring a bag if you wish to use it for drinks.
You are welcome to bring any food and beverages you wish to have, as well as coolers and ice if you need them. NO GLASS CONTAINERS. Here, in the sunshine state it is very important to protect your skin. We encourage all passengers to pack hats, sunglasses, and sun screen (50+).
Luck o’ The Irish Fishing Charters does not provide food or drinks but we do encourage you to bring your own, ESPECIALLY water. During our full day excursions we will stop at a restaurant on the water per your request. Please understand that any luxury stops will be included in your time and cost.
We encourage passengers to use our rods and reels, but we do allow you to bring your own. We will supply the tackle and bait.
We do not have latrines on board but we are usually no more than 5 minutes away from one. Simply let the captain know if you need to stop.
We are pleased to announce that as of January 2020 we accept credit cards (please remember, gratuity is not included)! A credit card must be provided in order to reserve your charter, but we do accept cash for payment on the day of service.
You will not be charged if you cancel up to 48 hours prior to your scheduled departure. We will also not charge if Capt. Rich decides to cancel due to inclement weather and your charter is unable to be rescheduled for another date or time.
